Sysid Symposium package
The fees for participation to SYSID 2012 are as follows

*: Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D.-student at the time of the symposium, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the SYSID 2012 Secretariat, with the preferred method being as a scanned pdf email attachement.

*: Additional paper(s): Full registrants or student registrants are entitled to upload one paper. Additional papers may be uploaded under a further payment of € 250 each.

Both full registration and student registration fees include admission to:

all the technical sessions
the welcome cocktail
the three Packed Lunches (sandwich rolls with seasonal fillings, dessert, fruit, water)
cocktail at and visit of the comic strip center, Brussels (www.comicscenter.net/en/home)

and delivery of a USB key with the symposium preprints and a printed book of abstracts which includes the final program.

For both full and student registration rates, there are two different fees, including or not the symposium banquet, hotel Metropole, Brusels (www.metropolehotel.com)

4.SOCIAL EVENTS FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Further tickets for the social events (welcome cocktail, comic strip center, Banquet) are available for the accompanying persons. A desk of BECIP will be on site with touristic information about Brussels and Belgium.

6.CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made by writing to the SYSID 2012 secretariat. Cancellation received before June 1st, 2012 are fully refundable minus € 100 processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after June 1st are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
